Max Cavalera was born in Belo Horizonte to a Brazillian mother and his father was an Italian ambassador. Along with his brother Igor Cavalera he formed the death metal band Sepultura. The band was very popular and released several albums, with "Roots" and "Chaos A.D" both receiving critical praise. He also worked with Fudge Tunnel lead singer Alex Newport forming a side project known as "Nailbomb", with one of their tracks used for the Gus Van Sant film, _To Die for (1995)_ (that song being "Wasting Away"). There was somewhat of a shuffel near 1995, and Max Cavalera left Sepultura to form "Soulfly". Again he was the lead vocalist and played guitar, and with the new band released two albums, "Soulfly" and "Primitive".
This year (2002) sees Cavalera's band release a third album in June. Max Cavalera also provided the more deeper screams for Dwayne Johnson's (WWE's "The Rock") Scorpion King character in The Mummy Returns (2001).- Director

Sepultura is a Brazilian heavy metal band from Belo Horizonte. Formed in 1984 by brothers Max and Igor Cavalera, the band was a major force in the thrash metal and groove metal genres during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Glauce Queiroz is a Brazilian Production Designer who was born in Belo Horizonte/ Minas Gerais, where she graduated in Architecture and Urbanism at the Pontifical Catholic University in 2005. That same year, she started her career in cinema, working in the Feature Film Art Department Sonhos e Desejos (Dreams and Desires) by Marcelo Santiago. She worked for two years in the main production companies in her state in films (features and shorts) and commercials. In 2007 she moved to São Paulo, where she still lives. She has carried out hundreds of projects in the Audiovisual Art Department (features, shorts, series, music videos and commercials), as well as having worked in other areas involving set design and constructions (exhibition, museography, theater, opera, event and photo for fashion magazine). Brazilian singer and lyricist who was married to guitarist and composer Luiz Bonfá from 1962 to 1976. With Bonfá and Stan Getz, she recorded "Jazz Samba Encore!" for the Verve label, and the album remained for 11 weeks in the Billboard pop charts. Actually, she was the first Brazilian singer to record with Stan Getz. Later on, Toledo released an acclaimed solo album, "Maria Toledo Sings The Best of Luiz Bonfá," for United Artists, and reunited with Bonfá for the "Braziliana" album.
